Before any watch is touched, it is assessed. The assessment determines which service is appropriate — or whether any service is needed at all. We do not assume the scope of work before we have looked properly at the piece.
Once we understand what the watch needs, we agree the scope and price with you before proceeding. Nothing is a surprise at collection. The watch is returned with a written record of what was done and what to watch for going forward.
Timelines are honest. If a heritage restoration will take three weeks, we say three weeks — not ten days and then a delay.
